Outback University.
For young adults who are still figuring it out.

What young people actually experience.

Outback University (Outback U) is a weekend for students and young adults who want to build their lives on something real – biblical values, authentic community and a sense of purpose. It is a weekend designed to help young adults encounter God and each other in an authentic way.

The weekend combines three elements: physical challenges and shared experiences that build trust, grounded teaching on identity, relationships and purpose, and small group conversations where real change happens. Each element creates space — for questions, for faith, and for genuine connection.

Things that stay long after the weekend.

Young adults often leave Outback U with something they did not expect to find – a sense of belonging that does not depend on performance, and a clearer picture of who they are in Christ rather than who everyone around them expects them to be.

Identity

A stronger foundation for their faith, knowing who they are before God, not just what they do or what they have achieved.

Sense of belonging

Real friendships built over shared experience and honest conversation, not the kind that fade when the weekend ends.

Tools

Practical ways to navigate relationships, decisions and the everyday pressures that pull young adults in too many directions at once.

Purpose

A clearer vision for their life and a community of people who want to live with the same kind of intentionality.

Who from your community can or can't come?

Works best for:

  • Young adults aged 18–30,
  • Those searching for identity, community or purpose,
  • Those who want to grow in their faith, but haven’t found the right space,
  • Those open to an authentic Christian environment – no pressure to perform.

*Works especially well for university students in the middle of a transition, young adults who grew up in church but feel disconnected from it, and those who are spiritually curious but haven’t yet fully committed.

Not the right fit for:

How to run it.

Scale

20–60 young adults. Enough people to create real energy.

Venue

A retreat setting with accommodation, a main hall and space for small groups. Outdoor space is a bonus – part of the experience.

Team

Young adult leaders who have been through the program themselves. Peers, not authority figures. They set the tone.

Duration

Thursady evening through Sunday afternoon – three nights, approximately 72 hours.

You focus on gathering the people and the place.

We handle everything else and our team from Poland will be there with you at your first event.
